Custom Cabinetry and Millwork, Built by Hand in the Lower Mainland
Arc & Oak Millwork is a custom cabinetry and millwork shop where every piece is drawn, joined, and finished under one roof. From kitchens and bathroom vanities to closets, floating stairs, wall panelling, and one off built ins, we build in solid wood and fit each project to your space instead of pulling it from a catalogue.
The result is furniture grade work that looks right, closes quietly, and lasts for decades. Whatever we take on, it is made by the same team to the same standard, on every project.
What We Build
Each discipline below is run by the same team, to the same standard. Drawn, joined, and finished under one roof.

Our Process
Every project follows the same four stages, from the first conversation to the final install. It keeps the work precise, predictable, and true to the drawings you approve.
Conversation & Survey
We listen first, then measure. We learn how you live in the space and laser-survey every wall before a single line is drawn.
Design & Detailing
Scaled drawings, joinery details, and material samples. You approve grain, finish, and hardware before timber is cut.
Hand-Build in the Shop
Solid stock is milled, joined, and dry-fit at the bench. Drawers are cut to the cabinet, not to a catalogue.
Finish & Installation
Hand-rubbed finishes, then a careful site install with scribing and adjustment until every reveal is true.
Serving Across the Lower Mainland
We design and install custom cabinetry and millwork for homes throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. If your community isn't listed below, get in touch; we travel throughout the region.
